*Discount only applies after the person you referred to Highland Springs Pet Services, LLC concludes at least two consecutive days of pet/house sitting, one dog training lesson, or breeding assistance. Cannot be combined with any other offer. They must mention your name for you to receive discount.

~ Cash, Check or PayPal are the excepted forms of payment.  If paying by PayPal payment must be made one week in advance and will incur a $5 service charge for each transaction.  If payment is made by check each returned check will incur a $35 fee and payment must then be made in cash.  Make checks payable to Highland Springs Pet Services.  

~All prices and information subject to case by case changes that will be approved by the client and myself.

Dog Training:

~Payment is due by start of first appointment.

~If purchasing a training package once the first lesson is complete no monies will be refunded.  If a refund is allowed Highland Springs Pet Services, LLC has 30 days to mail a refund check. 

~No shows for any lesson or giving less than 24 hours cancellation notice, lesson is forfeited

~Dog must be up to date on vaccines and proof provided by your first appointment.

*Will need vaccine certificate/statement from your vet or your vet’s phone number so I can call to verify.  This is for mine and your dog’s safety.

Pet & House Sitting:

~I will perform one free home visit prior to date of first needed service to discuss your home and pet's needs while you are away.  At that time I invite you to talk about any questions, comments, or concerns you may have.

~All Pet/House Sitting services must be approved prior to start date.

~There will be an additional fee for aggressive or overly fearful dogs which will be determined during the pre-visit/appointment. For liability reasons, I will not walk these dogs outside. There may also be an additional fee for animals who are sick/ill and whom may or may not require medications and/or extra attention.

~1/2 of payment is due at time of booking of each pet/home sitting.  Remaining 1/2 is due by the services start date or client will charge a late fee of $5/day until the balance is paid.

~48 hour cancellation notice or 96 hour notice if services fall on a holiday is required or client will be charged 50% of the total for that pet/house sitting length.

~If you return home early money will not be refunded unless there is greater than 5 days remaining and then only 25% is refundable.

~Before and after pet sitting job it is the clients’ responsibility to get their key back.  Keys will not be left in a locked owner's house at the end of the pet sit because you may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.  There is a travel charge if I need to bring the key back to you when you return home.  I can keep your key at my home in a locked box for future pet sits.
